I can not eat gluten-free chex of any flavor and can not eat any gluten-free cherrios I get sick from both of these brands. -

That is how it happens for me, I start feeling tired and muscles hurt, stomach bloats , I get rashes, then 3 to 4 days after all that I get D. -

Hi Kathleen I also have the epstein barr virus and have been dealing with it for 2 years and I know how painful the canker sores can be. What I took to help them is L-Lysine its an amino acid and it really helped.
