  21. Since vitamin D is one of those vitamins that can cause toxicity in large quantities over time, you should probably check with a doctor. That said, as an adult I have to take 4,000 IU per day, twice the recommended amount, for my levels to stay within normal (don't give her this much!). Sorry this did not get answered for so long!

  23. There have been many celiacs over the years who have worked around gluten in kitchens without issues. That said, there are also many sensitive individuals, especially those with dermatitis herpetaformis, who do report issues. How did this turn out for you? Sorry it took so long to reply!
