Announcing the Inaugural Gluten-Free Living Conference

LIVE in Orlando, FL in April 2014!

For almost 20 years Gluten-Free Living’s mission has been to help others live a happy, healthy gluten-free life. The Gluten-Free Living Conference will give the magazine’s renowned editorial team, plus medical and industry experts, a chance to present workshops, seminars and panel discussions on topics important in the rapidly changing gluten-free world. Join us as the GFL editorial team brings all this alive at the Gluten-Free Living Conference.

The keynote speaker at the Gluten-Free Living Conference will be world-renowned celiac disease expert Dr. Alessio Fasano. A distinguished pediatric gastroenterologist, Fasano is leading the way in celiac disease research and currently heads the Center for Celiac Research at Mass General Hospital in Boston, Mass., which sees both adult and pediatric patients. The Gluten-Free Living Conference will be partnering with the center, which, through ongoing clinical care, education and research, is helping health care professionals to recognize celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders and helping patients to better manage their care and symptoms.

Scott Adams got a reaction from Bethanne for an event, Las Cruces, NM support group meeting
The Las Cruces, NM Gluten-Free/Celiac Disease Support Group will meet on Saturday, November 17, 1:30 pm, at ASA Architects, 201 N. Alameda (across the street from Central Elementary School).

We'll be joined by Dr. Daniel Hampton, local gastroenterologist, for an "ask the doc" session, and then share our favorite strategies for navigating holiday activities gluten-free.

If you bring a food item to share, please bring either the packaging, the mix box, or copies of the recipe so we can all know the ingredients.

For more information, contact Susan Pieper (522-8182) or spieper@huntel.com.

    See you on Saturday!
