Gluten Free Yogurt?

Today I bought Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt. I was diagnosed in January 2008 and I read the ingredients and it looked okay. After eating it, I realized I had been glutened as I began having horrible stomach pains, fatigue, brain fog and headache. Has anyone else had this happen? Are there other good alternatives that are safe to eat out there? I am hesitant...
