About Me
In 2008 I was tested as being slightly sensitive to gluten after having had problems all my life. EnteroLab IgA was 24. LabCorp IgA was 1. EntroLab test done after being gluten free until a week or so prior to test. Both my mother and one of my sons had the same problem with diarrhea.
(Son died in 1999 - - airplane crash.)
Since going gluten free, I sometimes unknowingly get "poisoned" and am struggling with trying to figure out what preventive measures I can take for unforeseen meal issues.
