About Me
I am a homeschooling mother of three. My oldest son has a gluten allergy and a my second son has a milk allergy. We are new to eating gluten-free and since we are working with different allergies I have managed to help them deal with their allergies by having a "mixed kitchen". Which means you can have it as long as it is healthy and you are not allergic. We are still new to this and have lots of questions as far as gluten-free is concerned. WE have been dairy free for 6 years and gluten-free for 4 months. I look forward to sharing ideas and recipes.
