my name is Jill and I have been on gluten free diet for over two weeks and can tell a huge difference and have lost 16 pounds. It is amazing the difference I feel. It didnt happen all at once. It took a little bit of time.
My husband and I are in the ministry. I have 4 children, 33, 31, 20, 15.
