  1. Schar one of our first available gluten-free breads, had been using physilium ( metamucil) forever. I kept having nausea severe gas, bloating, for years.. by process of elimination and my Dr at Celiac center Beth Israel we figured out it was the physillium . So many things can cause us to continue having gluten symptoms while being totally gluten...
  2. I too would want the biopsy. I would not be taking random vitamins. You can get labs done… bloodwork to check for deficiencies in the mean time. Your Dr will then recommend vitamins if needed, some maybe by script if called for. Best wishes
  3. Myself and many others discovered they were actually still consuming hidden gluten. Although we have labels now, gluten is in foods one may not even think of. Keeping a food diary as suggested above can help find the culprit. soy sauce ( there are a couple of gluten free choices) for example seems to be one people are still consuming. ice Cream… etc… ...
