My name is James. Im 17 years old and live in some cold place in Canada. I have been boxing for 6 years, with a official record of 2 wins, 1 exibition and 3 losses. I stopped competing 2 years ago because at the end of my last 2 fights, i felt like I wouldnt be able to make it to the bathroom in time, then when i got to the bathroom i didnt need to go anymore, but instead throw up. I have been playing soccer for 12 years, and my team won the district cup in 2008, my first year being on a gluten free diet. I like to play video games and mountain bike, and work as a cook in a small restaraunt, where i believe i have raised a lot of awareness about gluten in foods and customer allergies. I really like to make meals for customers who have celiac disease. i have never been off the honor roll since grade 8, and plan to go to university after grade 12 for a degree in biology to then go to medical school. I decided to register an account on this website because it is the one place i go for information on products with or without gluten, and figured i could try to incorporate some info that i have found myself, although ive only been gluten free for 1 year, so i dont have much :|
