Ok here goes nothing... This is my first attempt at blogging so bare with me. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in June this year and have since been on a quest to find all things gluten-free in Raleigh, NC. There are some folks in this town already established in this realm and new folks coming on all the time. I would like to use this blog to highlight...
