I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago and indulged just a little bit. I do this every once in awhile, whether by accident or temptation, and when I do, symptoms come back with a vengence. I am now suffering from the above mentioned belly-button rash, intense itching there and in the nether regions, and the inside of my thighs. It gets worse at night...
