I am not an ADA expert, but I believe they ARE required to offer a gluten-free alternative. People need to push harder for accommodations from schools and other public services. They ban peanuts from school, they need to respond accordingly for all. Parents have to be the voice for the child. When you speak for your own child, you are also speaking for all...
