HI, I'm Jacci... Diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis 1 year ago, Lyme's disease 4 months ago, Celiacs 1 month ago...yuck. I also have a whole host of other conditions, but that's for another day... I'm reading the posts to try to "catch up" since I'm new here. If anyone has ideas for menu planning, I'd be grateful...my nutritionist just gives me...
