You have another cereal alternative...Cocoa Pebbles. I have read and re-read the label and Post's website and they make you aware if there is a gluten containing source for their ingredients. I have not had any problem eating the cereal and I am quite sensitive. Unfortunately the "store varieties" contain malt but the name brand Cocoa Pebbles...
