I heard a rumor that there is a cafe in south Austin somewhere that is exclusively gluten-free. I haven't found it yet, but if you call some bakery's around here, you might find someone who knows someone who can bake one for you. BTW, congrats!

The problem with us "Self Diagnosed" people is that we don't know what is happening to our bodies. I did a lot of research on Celiac's before I came to the conclusion that I had this (or just intolerant....the cure is the same either way). You might be getting a little lactose intolerant.
