I love dark chocolate 90% with chillis or lavender, or apple/pear cobbler w/o crust, cherrie pie, or the new gluten-free donuts. All very fattening of course. Susan -

I reintroduced goat yogurt into my diet after a year dairy free (+wheat and soy). My DH has been very quiet - I had a blister pop up within a day. Ravenwood's ideas are really solid. I have the tingling and numbness in my hands (musician-a problem) so I'm taking B12 shots for that and magnesium shots for my tremor, makes a big difference. My endochrinologist sells the viols for the shots (I'll have a friend help me out). PM me if you want more info. Also taking B12 orally. Susan

i have had a related concern with my parathyroid - levels got on the high side. Different organ, organs. I was told by the doc to drink alot of water before taking the blood test again - that would bring the levels down. Also the surgery to remove the nodes appears to not be very effective now. So they're less likely to do surgery. In case some one is...
