  3. Yep...I had to use Excel to create a chart to track everything back when I was trialing...I'll send it to you...it's not complete because I just learned about the histamine issue this past Fall -- interestingly many of my one-off items were on the histamine no-no list.

  5. Sorry to hear about yogurt -- just wanted to add -- make sure you try other dairy -- yogurt can be hard on the healing digestive tract for other reasons than dairy. I can't eat it because of my issue with high histamine/histamine inducing foods -- my damaged small intestine can't make the two enzymes necessary to regulate histamine....here are a couple links...

Hi Courtney- Perhaps your doc has already told you the test for SIBO is not always accurate -- I had one last summer and doc thought it was accurate somewhere between 60 and 75 percent of the time -- I think I found similar statitistics when I researched it online.   21. micros...ya mine died about two years ago...it was at least 20 years old...was great. hubby decided because of the age of our old one and i was whining about the new ones...he could bring home a jobsite jobby -- ewwwwww! Then I tried a cheap model...thinking simple is what i need...couldn't even pop corn for the teens. saw a nice simple one at target...

  23. I don't know about you all....but mine is about 60% AT and 40% inflammation -- or perhaps 40% AT and 60% inflammation -- just know I look 30-40 pounds lighter but have only lost 10 -- riddle me that.....
