  1. Yep...this is what I was going to type...but k beat me to it. We use ground beef, chicken and turkey interchangeable. Have found chicken and turkey make moister meatloaf. Sometimes I let them all play together.
  2. I started using one when we had a tiny kitchen at a mountain cabin for one ski season...amazing how much can be done in it!
  3. I have a kitchen aid almost identical...love it...been baking in loaf pans during these hot days of August. Just received a rectangular pizza pan for it...paleo pizza for me tomorrow

While looking for KFG recipes I stumbled upon sweet and spiced bacon wrapped tater tots -- inspired our dinner tonight: BBQ Pork Chops Sweet and Spicy Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Fries!!! I'll throw something green together or have a kid make a salad. I picked up some uncured bacon so I can have a couple fries....can. not. wait...
  5. I had continued celiac disease damage for three years post complete gluten removal. My annual endoscopic biopsies actually got worse the first year...no change second and third endo...finally has minor improvement at my fourth annual endo. I do not have refractory celiac disease. I do have other issues that were preventing healing. If your doctor...

  7. Yep...used to use it all the time when boys were on baseball and soccer teams as dinner was ready after practice or games...poor thing got rusty. Glad Karen got mine humming again!   11. These are awesome! I subbed almonds and almond butter as one son is avoiding peanuts and made it safe for me to take a nibble. Yum! Ps...thanks Karen and I used semi sweet like K recommends.
  12. Got London broil defrosting here...may throw it in KFG with diced jalapeños and onions for another round of green beef...there were no leftovers last week...the kid that works nights didn't get any. Plus it is easy . Win, win Whiskey Salami sound very interesting!

  14. I read Irish's responses differently. As arguably one of the most sensitive individuals on this forum - have become what we joked about for years "BubbleGirl".... For over four years I have understood that many of the items I thought I was getting gluten from cc or other sources in actuality I was reacting to something else. Were these reactions triggered...

  16. Breakfast for dinner after we go see James Camerans new movie. Hubs has been riding both weekend mornings since he got over the virus from hell...so boys haven't had a big breakfast lately.

  19. Absolutely! I have one freezer door shelf filled with baked or BBQ'd chicken in all forms. And I have thrown frozen diced chicken on a rough salad (by rough I mean chopped veggies over a bit of lettice). Make sure to bring dressing separate. I like tiny bottles that I freeze so it adds a bit of chill factor to salads.
  20. Congratulations on the new job! What do you do? And absolutely throw cooked diced chicken in the freeze. Helps throw great lunches together.

  24. D & D crew arrives in a couple hours. Going to make another KFG Lasgna...it was so easy and can easily feed eight hungry teens Picked up Blueberries this morning in case I want to try that Brown Butter dealio today...if not mañana.
