  5. the blood tests will come back positive even if you aren't eating gluten. the endoscopy is a different story though. i had been gluten free for about 2 weeks before mine and mr Dr. didn't have me eat any before because i was still sick and reacted so bad to the gluten . i am not sure what your Dr. will do, but if you have been gluten free for 2 months...
