Denver is a fabulous place to be gluten free. Beau Jo's pizza has a full gluten free menu. City, O' City has delicious gluten free pizzas and cookies and everything. Everywhere you look in Denver there is something new!

I have found McDonalds to be pretty helpful every time I have had no other option. Last summer I had to drive cross country and we stopped at one in Kansas and they helped us a ton and we found out that because McDonalds is so compartmentalized for efficiency that cross contamination is almost nonexistent.
