  7. The study provides good methodology and solid scientific method. Not sure where you're getting this "16 washings" stuff, but that's not what the science says. Yes, we do need more studies, and larger ones. And no, I wouldn't recommend sharing a toaster, but I know many celiacs who do not use dedicated utensils, and simply wash them.
