I am a chef tired of trying to find Gluten free/Dairy free products that taste good. I finally decided this year to open my own manufacturing company. Which I have and am now producing Gluten/Dairy free pasta sauces right here in Gorham Maine. I have a web site www.cielosauceworks.com which is up and running and will be able to process purchase orders very soon! My products can also be found locally in the Portland ME area soon as well.
