I'm a 67 year old single woman, fairly active. Diagnosed with gluten sensitivity in 2004, and osteoporosis around the same time, at age 55. I also have tendinitis in my arms and shoulders, and usually break out with dermatitis herpetiformis on my left outer elbow when I am experiencing a digestive disorder from accidentally ingesting gluten.
