I have had exactly the same thing. It has been going on for about two years. I didnt have any nausea when I was first diagnosed, just extreme tiredness. Now the tiredness is gone, but I have nausea on an off everyday. I am currently taking anti nausea meds, but not getting anywhere. I am back at the specialist this week, but not holding out much hope. Look...
