Can anyone recommend a doctor or health clinic in Las Vegas that specializes in Gluten Intolerance i.e. Celiac disease? I would prefer to find someone who is outside the "standard of care" i.e. normal procedures that doctors who are aligned to large medical organizations follow. Over 7 years ago I was diagnoised with Gluten Intolerance. I had gone everywhere...
