I can't speak to anyone close to your area but I know someone in Tulsa, OK that treated me and has patients from all over the world. He is a Naturopathic Endocrinologist (hope I spelled that right) that has developed a product which has been extremely successful. As far as I know he has treated over 400 celiacs to date and they can all eat whatever...
