Healthy living! Also, beading, sewing, crochet, and all kinds of crafts. It is my biggest interest to pass the word that gluten is in everything from foods, to shoes! To the Newbie: If you're touching it, it probably contains gluten!

i never would have thought to check my shoes! I would love to hear more of what you discovered. I also heard that as long as the product contains less than so many ppm(i think its like .02%) of gluten it can pass as gluten free! How can they do that? Have you heard anything like that?
