I love plain Fritos. But my whole life I found that if I eat too many, my stomach is upset. A few is fine. With food even better. I think there might be something about the way they are ground & the oil....

I know what you mean. I have dry skin but this is a different, almost burning or stinging kind of itch. I saw something that said that some women in menopause get this.
