  2. If the company says it's gluten-free on it's website, what do you think they will say that is different if you call? The gluten-free drug list is just a partial list of gluten-free drugs. There is no way he can check on every prescription and OTC medicine. The fact that the manufacturer knows enough to put it on the website is great!
  3. Looks like Cycles beat me to it. I was going to say use cardboard and frost it, add candies etc. that's the fun part anyway.
  4. Maybe some gentle or beginners slow flow yoga? Something that will move slowly
  5. Celiac used to be considered a children's disease - so, by the old standards, you are a bit old to be diagnosed. We now know that Celiac can start at any age. I don't know if you are a male or a female, but untreated Celiac can lead to miscarriages and infertility. And all the other stuff mentioned above.
  6. Your intestines are healed. You still have Celiac. Repeated gluten exposure will cause the damage again. Its possible that you are healed enough that a one time exposure isn't too bad.
  7. I don't know where you live but Whole foods has gluten-free cooking classes & sometimes a grocery tour. We have a grocery here that offers different allergy cooking classes and a dietitian you can make an appointment with to tour the store and get recipes. I have seen other places that offer cooking classes for gluten-free, vegan, etc. You might find...
  8. There is probably flour in the air. I work in a gluten-free bakery and you can wipe down the counter and thre next morning, there is a thin layer of flour that has floated down from the air.
  9. Walgreens used to have a lot of stuff labelled gluten-free. Not sure of they stil do?
  10. Also - I like to see all the most recent posts of anyone. I go to the top, hit activity and recent activity.
  11. You won't get much help by sticking your question on someone else's thread. I split yours out into its own topic here let me get my coffee and I will try to walk you through how to " follow" you thread. Go to your profile settings, etc. are you on a phone, pc or iPad? They seem to look a bit different.
  12. Maybe you should post this on the forum, not someone's blog page? Might get more answers
  13. That sounds like a lot of work! And yummy!

  15. Do you mean you tested positive for Celiac? there are no legitimate tests for "gluten sensitivity". So I am going to assume you have Celiac. yes you need to be very careful. I usually don't eat what other make because they have no idea what has gluten and what doesn't. But a few people or some foods, I would eat. As you go along, you will learn what...
  16. Well it is for "pipes"
  17. I think you should look for ones that are fairly new and made by an actual doctor that is doing research on a world wide level. They are developing one but the clinical trials in the US will make it take a while to get out. So.... maybe they have released it as a "supplement"? But it won't be some of the ones that have no real scientific research .
  18. So you really didn't ask the company and it isn't gluten in the products that others you.
  19. Cookies were great. Just a quick link and a thought - the ATF part of the government that governs beer will not allow beer brewed with gluten grains to call the beer gluten free because there is no scientifically accepted way to measure gluten in beer. You can look that up or contact them. https://www.gluten.org/gluten-free-vs-gluten...
  20. I don't have time to look the explanation up for you right now. The chocolate chip cookies just came out of the oven.... do what you want, you can find a way to justify drinking beer. If you are lucky, it really is gluten-free. We just don't know for sure. It's like a guy peeing on a pregnancy test and it says " negative" and assuming it...
  21. Not really proof. The tests are not meant for beer or barley, so its not really legit.
  22. Why do you say that they are no longer made in a dedicated facility? That seems unlikely as the whole company is gluten-free foods
  23. Admin has approved this request. She is legit. so help her out if you can.
