  1. Maybe it’s not the “cheese” but cc from eating in a restaurant.
  2. No. Of course not. Very very few people actually have parasites.
  3. Most of their email is probably complaints about the big holes in the bread. They haven’t figured out how to keep that from happening.
  4. Sounds like spam or some such nonsense to me.
  5. That’s a shame. Considering Udis is everywhere! I have been to groceries all over the country and even one with only 3 specific gluten-free products - all 3 are Udis.
  6. I think there are a lot of variables. Nothing scientific, just some thoughts I always wonder if it matters what else you eat at the same time? Maybe some foods help “sneak some gluten through”? Maybe other parts of the dinner , like greasy food, already cause digestive distress? Maybe it takes several exposures over a small period of time before you...
  7. That’s odd. Might have better luck emailing? Or message on FB?
  8. They still show on the udis page. Maybe your store didn’t sell enough? It the distributed they get food from discontinued it?
  9. Those blood tests are pretty positive! Welcome to the club!
  10. I have never seen any tp or any evidence that it would have gluten in it. I have seen some pretty awful cheapTP some places. But , if you are really worried and are getting into you mouth somehow - you could call the company and ask
  11. I share utensils , dishes, etc. they go in the dishwasher and seem fine.
  12. Here they are pretty immediate. Maybe a day or two? But sometimes you can only get the results from the doctor that ordered it, so that might be who you are waiting on?
  13. http://www.cureceliacdisease.org/faq/what-is-a-gluten-challenge/ For a gluten challenge we recommend eating 1/2 slice of bread or a cracker each day for the duration of the challenge. Prior to blood testing we recommend 12 weeks of eating gluten. Prior to an endoscopic biopsy we recommend 2 weeks of eating gluten.
  14. Small occasional glutenings won’t make enough antibodies to go from the the small intestine into the blood and show in a blood test. Your doctor knows this but probably thinks you are consistently cheating or just wanted to placate you. I have never seen any products from the dentists office that contain gluten. In fact, in the last year or two, ...
  15. Sorghum is gluten free. It is possible to have allergies or intolerances to other foods.
  16. Wait..... did you have a really high antibody test? And is the current one low or negative? That would be pretty conclusive for Celiac.
  17. Here you go. there is definitively room for improvisation. Crockpot Lasagna 2 pounds of meat – I use 1 pound Turkey Ital sausage and 1 pound hamburger 2 Jars of pasta sauce 1 package of uncooked gluten-free rice lasagna noodles (Tinkyada) 2 pounds of ricotta (low fat is good) 1 egg 2 cups shredded mozzarella (...
  18. Yes. Give me a bit. I still make the one where I cook the sauce for 3 hours and it all bakes in the oven. But this is quicker and doesn’t heat up the house.
  19. Too bad they didn’t test my husband‘s toaster! The results would be completely different. ?
  20. I would wash it well and use it.
  21. You sound like you need to take a breath! They don’t add gluten to make it 20ppm. Coffee and creamer are usually just naturally gluten-free. I use International Delight and have never had issues.
  22. A lot of it says gluten-free on it - international delight, and nestles? Does he want a flavored creamer? Maybe just milk or half and half and sugar ?
  23. I have never found any coffee that you make in a coffee pot or keurig that was not gluten-free. And Mt Dew is gluten-free. ?
  24. This is what I would say. ?
  25. Sorry about that post. Every forum seems to have one. You haven’t been around long enough to know he pushes extra vitamins ( sometimes to the point of overdosing) and zeros in on an illness he hears about on the internet and diagnoses people with it. Could Epstein Barr be an issue for her? sure. But so could a lot of other things. I am glad y...
