    Great! Glad you are feeling good! At my house, its become the standard answer to " I have a headache" " a pain" etc to drink more water. But it often helps. Apple, orange or grape juice are good choices if you might be a bit dehydrated and they also have potassium.

    You might think I'm crazy but we are having chili tonight! It cooks in the crockpot so it doesn't heat up the house. Then we make some corn pasta to put it on or make it into a taco salad.

    I grew up in Kansas City. Lovely sweet corn. Got married and moved to the Washington, DC area. They ate feed corn! I swear! It wasn't sweet corn! We have fabulous corn here, even in the groceries.

    You do realize they have Celiac Disease in Europe, right? And there is evidence of Celiac before anyone thought about genetically engineering plants? Could you please link to some evidence that gliadin is a new additive to wheat? I thought it was the name for a protein that is in all wheat - GMO or " original".

    They were pretty good. I made extra " icing" with lots of lemon. I poked holes in the top of the pan of " Lemonies". And poured it on. We always need more lemon

    Does your mom see how bad you feel? Make sure she does. And that wasn't even really good mac and cheese! If you are going to get sick....eat the good stuff - not fast food!

    We had a great dinner! Grilled chicken tenders with Franks Hot Wings sauce, corn and foil packet red potatoes, fab cantelope and watermelon.

    Something odd happened and a few people who had blogs, can't post anymore. New people seem to be able to. My personal opinion is that some gluten got to the hamsters that run the main system and they have never been right since. :(

    Kettle corn hot from the big cauldron! ( appetizer?) Salmon on the grill with a grilled pineapple salsa, asparagus & some cheesy, roasted garlicy mashed potato thingy. Maybe piña coladas for dessert? Boys working until about 2 a.m
