A very interesting topic. I was at Trader Joe's today purchasing a few Gluten Free packaged items. I noticed the gluten-free label and the disclaimer on the back that said it was processed on shared equipment. I'm a little overwhelmed as to how to proceed. My reaction to gluten has been more subtle and I don't want to unknowingly continue to damage...
