This is an interesting thread. I was diagnosed with OCD after my first child was born. I've had pretty bad anxiety since I was about four, but it spun out of control after having my daughter. I'm not sure if I have "true" OCD, despite what my therapist said, or I just have a bizarre form of severe anxiety. Whatever it was, it was bad. I've noticed a reduction...
