I actually work at the Lonestar in Carbondale, IL. I love when I work because I get a great gluten free meal half off. I always order the bacon wrapped sirloin with Worcestershire sauce. Be sure when ordering that you remind the server to make a note in the system to specify gluten free. Also remind them to leave off seasoning and juices. I always order...
