I think that some of us are just so tired of working on an elimination diet and coming up with few answers that we are willing to try anything that seems like it might give us a clue of some sort.

Hi! Just saw one of your posts from the end May) where you said you're a 24/7 carer for someone w/ health problems. I'm also a 24/ 7 caregiver, my husband was born w/ Spastic Cerebral Palsy.

A year ago, when my celiac panel came back negative, I did the Enterolab stool testing. My anti-gliaden was positive (219, normal less than 10) but I do not have the DQ2 or DQ8 gene. Since I could find no understandable information about anti-TTG, I had to ignore it. How significant is my anti-TTG score of 86 (normal less than 10)? I’m wondering...

My GI suggested that I use Imodium on a daily basis--as needed. I use one to three daily. Is there any problem with this on a long-term basis?
