  3. rosemary is gluten-free. i have eaten jennie-o products (usually ground turkey) with no adverse effects. i'm arlene and i'm a celiac. no problem with ground turkey or rosemary sorry it's off limits for you i guess you must have an allergy to rosemary i am assuming. but rosemary is an herb and is gluten-free so safe to eat for celiac.com turkey is...

  15. worms are gluten free! glad you are done with your infusions, addy i just went to the doc yesterday - the girl called today and said my blood is super incredibly good - i am so dang happy :) she said she never saw 'good' cholesterol as high as mine (91!)

  18. my brother has been to the doctor twice this month for 'unrelated' things - he watched me go through the whole winter without getting so much as a sniffle <i'm coming up on a year without catching EVERYTHING like i used to) and he still denies he has the same problem - we have the same mom and dad, he proudly announces that we are like twins born 6 yrs...

  22. what iv thing tonight is the last night with my daughter and my sweet grandsons so we made: crab stuffed jalapen0s wrapped in BACONNNN herb crusted shrimp caprese salad <sort of - tomatoes with PROVOLONE (running with scissors, i know....) and i made a lemon basil dressing rice noodles for the faint of heart i am having the wickedest craving...

    there are alot of sandwich meats (you're not vegetarian, are you?) that are gluten free - peanut butter & jelly, nutella, etc canned tuna, ummmm.... i eat boar's head deli meats are ALL gluten-free - i think i lived on the turkey breast on udi's bread for a month lolz - udi's, rudi's or scharr breads - make yourself some sandwiches for your trip. you...
