  2. i used brown rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca and potato starch. exact measurements? i am a little free and loose with my flour blends. i got a measuring cup and put flour in until it equals 1 cup. mostly rice (probably 1/3 cup) then cornstarch (1/4?) then more tapioca flour and a little bit of potato starch <like a few tablespoons. sorry - i loosely...

  5. the other night i finally got to make the white turkey chili with sour cream, salsa, corn tortilla chips and jalapeno jam last night i made pork chops in the crockpot w/sauerkraut and PIEROGIES (or pierogi, if you will) - potato, onion & cheese and used the bette hagman pasta recipe again. boiled then fried w/onions and mushrooms. time consuming...
  6. well, tonight was supposed to be: white turkey chili (cooked turkey in the freezer, also i make (sort, soak & cook) batches of white beans from dried beans and freeze them. something in the canned beans doesn't like me.) but, the whole house (except me - haha) has a stomach bug and doesn't want anything to eat.... but, hey: i made homemade raviolis...

  10. last night: magic bullet night! pork taquitos (leftover pork roast ground up and mixed with cheddar/monterey jack chz rolled inside corn tortillas and fried) magic bullet pico de gallo, sour cream, spanish rice. first time i made taquitos and they turned out delicious. and just about foolproof

  12. tonite: LEFTOVERS!!!! but last night i made gyros - the gluten-eaters ate them on regular pita bread and i ate mine on: udi's pizza crust!! it was awesommmmme and a great substitution for pitas

  15. herb crusted scallops wax beans (from the garden) i may just blanch them and make a little shallot/vinegarette dressing FRENCH FRIED POTATOES <haven't had fries in a year and i'm going to try and make my own. from potatoes.
