  1. I made baked chicken, carrots and broccoli.
  2. I made hamburgers on my little George Foreman grill and wrapped them in romaine lettuce with a little cheese and diced tomato. I also had ore ida sweet potato fries. For those of you that are soy allergic, they are soy free. They use canola oil for these. They are pretty good.
  3. I am making waffles. I was glutened by cc or I have a virus..not sure but they are the only thing that sound good to me. So that with some strawberries.
  4. I agree with txplowgirl. A lot of us have issues with Amy's products. I can't eat anything made my Lays except Stax. I eat Kettle Brand chips and Stax. I have had problems with Hershey's too. These foods are gluten free, I just think that they have cross contamination issues. Some of us are more sensitive than others.
  5. We had baked chicken and spinach and cheddar and bacon mashed potatoes. (feeling lazy b/c of the heat so I used potato buds and added the bacon and cheese) Brownie and homemade ice cream later
  6. Hamburgers with red and green pepper and sweet onion mixed in with the meat before cooking. Rice, Green beans
  7. Tonight I made stuffed bell peppers with hamburger, tomatoes, rice, a little cheese and tomato sauce. They were sooooo good!
  8. My husband worked late so I didn't have to cook! YAY! A night off for me is really rare. I had some watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, some corn chips with cream cheese and salsa, a few slices of lunch meat roast beef and a glass of milk.
  9. Tonight I am making waffle sandwiches. Homemade waffles with bacon and egg on them and strawberries. Later on, we may have homemade chocolate chip chocolate ice cream. Thank heavens that ice cream is gluten free!
  10. What a bummer! I have never used that brand. I make my pizza crust out of the gluten free Bisquick. It is really good. I don't care for the recipe posted on the box though. I add 1 cup of grated parm. cheese. The Kraft brand in the shaker canister, basil and italian seasoning and some crushed red pepper. It is really good thatway. Kind of tastes like pizza...
  11. For lunch we are having pigs in a blanket and french fries. Hot dogs wrapped in biscuits (bisquick) and ore ida curly fries. For dinner we are having roast beef, carrots, mashed potatoes and homemade chocolate ice cream for dessert. For the homemade icecream, if you are lactose intolerant, I use whole Lactaid milk with the heavy cream. It seems...
  12. Tonight I am making a frittata with eggs, cheese, mushrooms, green pepper and ham with Mr Dell's hash browns and sliced pears.
  13. This sounds delish! I was not aware that Johnsonville sausages were gluten free. I have never tried the Classico sauces. I usually make my own sauce BUT, that would be great to have on hand when I don't feel like making it. It takes a long time to do. Do you eat this over gluten free pasta? I wonder what it would taste like over white rice. I live in the...
  14. What a fun thread! Last night I made baked chicken and rice with green beans for dessert I had homemade vanilla ice cream with sliced strawberries. Tonight I am making taco salads. Sylvia, which brand of italian sausage do you buy?
  15. I am making tacos tonight! Can't wait
  16. I made a pizza with the gluten free bisquick, hormel pepperoni and cheese and a big salad.
  17. I have no idea who makes it. I'll have to check it at the store. I was just making my list and wondering if anyone knew.
  18. So I am wanting to make some chili cheese dip with Velveeta. Is Velveeta gluten free?
  19. The drying rack should be okay b/c the dishes on it are clean. I would make sure to get your own sponges or better yet, dish rags that can be washed in hot water. If I were you, I wouldnt get my own dishes but I would wash an already clean plate etc. with my special dish rags before using it just to be on the safe size.
  20. Could your husband possibly go Gluten-Free at home to support you? You could make Gluten-Free pizza for the both of you. The only way that I keep from getting sick is by keeping a Gluten-Free kitchen. If he isnt ready to do that, I would insist that he use a pizza pan and not put it on the rack. Have a special pan for him and one for you. I would have all...
  21. My children will only eat the cinnamon ones. I pack them in their lunches.
  22. We eat a lot of applesauce. I just called Motts to make sure that their natural flavors in the cinnamon applesauce are gluten free. They are. All Motts products are gluten free. They are a little expensive though. Does anyone know if other brands are gluten free? I put the single serve cinnamon ones in packed lunches. Is all applesauce gluten free? I don...
