  1. That makes sense about the amine increasing in ripe bananas. I hate ripe bananas. I love them slightly greenish or all yellow, but any brown spots and I wanna throw them away. They make me feel overly full and unwell. I think they are supposed to be good for you for the potassium, but they make me sick. Starch? Sugar? I don't know. But I don't eat them anymore...
  2. I believe vegetables can cause sulphuric gas. You said you are mostly vegetarian...and only eat chicken or fish 2 times a month. I would explode on that. I do the exact opposite and eat mostly meat, chicken, and fish and eat vegetables one or two times a month! Ah! See how different we all are? I rarely have gas..and never...
  3. I had to leave dairy and eggs so that limited my breakfasts. Lately it's these cookies for breakfast or you could call em grainless granola bars if ya want. 6. I don't know the answer but have been wondering some things about eggs too. I absolutely cannot handle them. I love them and ate them almost every day, but now that I remember my sickest days with this disease it was defintely the days I was eating bread and eggs every day because I was sick and not working and it was cheap. Now, I cannot handle them at...
  7. I had no idea gum had soy in it. I have never even thought of checking for that and I avoid soy too. Hope you get an answer.
  8. Hi, I am only one month gluten free. I have had terrible rib cage bone pain for several years and it radiates through the whole rib cage. My feet and leg bones also ache. This is the only pain that has not subsided with the gluten free diet but then again I am only one month "clean". I had suspected it is the malabsorption problem but not sure what to do...
