I recently discovered that I have a wheat allergy. While I don't have Celiac's, I came across this forum in many google searches for information regarding my new diet. The information here has been helpful so I decided to join 
I am 25 years old, with a wonderful husband. I own a photography & graphic design business, a hobby turned career which I absolutely love. I also work as a fine dining server part time, I have over ten years of experience in the field and truly enjoy it <--- This, I have a feeling is going to create quite the obstacle for me. I love to read, write, paint, go hiking, travel, and I am a huge wine geek

Thanks! This forum has been a very helpful resource so far, I've been doing a lot of wandering around. I have been gluten free for 4 days, not very long. Yet I'm already seeing some magic-like changes :)Gluten intolerance runs in my family, and I have grown very familiar with it over the years.

I have had DH on my scalp for as long as I can remember, it was never even associated with a gluten intolerance until recently.
