Throwing in my two cents . . . if Joe C was on Prednisone his whole life, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he had to take "60 pills" a day. I'm not sure if anyone else who has taken it has had the same experiences as most people I know, but Prednisone is one nasty, nasty drug.
