Booseebean

I have just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease which was added to the ever growing list of conditions that I now have. I also have Diabetes, Lactose Intolerance, Hashimoto's Thyroid, High Blood Pressure, & allergies to non-food items.... I am on an insulin pump for diabetes, pills for thyroid & blood pressure, & steer clear of the things I am allergic to. I need help. What can I eat?!?!?! I am now at whits end & want to give up on watching my diet. I need support & guidance cause I dont know how much more of this I'm gonna be able to deal with.
