    Colleen, To answer your question about cubing the bread? yes, sure! I cube mine sometimes. It does not matter. I can give you a pie dough recipe that is awesome and not that hard to make.     My chef friend Babs taught me how to do this--de-bone a turkey then butterfly the breast. and roll it (crazy, considering my track record with pointy,sharp objects ) and I found it to be a pain in the arse but do-able.     Depends on the buckwheat. How was it processed? I eat Pocono's buckwheat without issues. P.S. just curious, but is a blood type diet the one where you should supposedly only eat foods that match your blood type?
