    Luck! and if it is edible, please share? thanks, toots. I am not crazy about the overwhelming taste of curry powder (I think it tastes like soap) , although I love Thai dishes....go figure...Nice superman.

    Dinner tonight: Burgers with mushrooms and onions Avocado halves with bacon crumbles and balsamic glaze (thank you, Sora for that recipe) Green beans or asparagus--have to see what they look like at the market. Day 2 ....and fortheloveofmike, I swear I am having w/d from sugar and cheese ...and this is not fun at all

Written by the same author who wrote The Whole Soy Story. If you are still eating gobs of soy, read that book. You won't eat it again.

    Good luck with your new regime! yes, losing dairy (and grains and legumes..... and booze ) is a tough one, but I've done it before and I can handle it for a month or so (she said with enthusiasm....) Fingers crossed!!!.
