You're so cute. I haven't posted a good bread recipe yet but have to get on it! It is my b'day today and DH is taking me to Edmonton (nearest city 3 hours away) for gluten-free shopping and to spoil me to bits. Have you tried adding unflavoured gelatin or psyllium fibre to your bread? I do not have a bread machine, either, but my KitchenAid mixer is a sturdy sucker. Will post soon. ...

I hope you have a speedy recovery. Nobody would ever believe the kind of pain I had. It is excruciating, at best. I am so sorry you have hurt like this.

May I share one of your posts with the support group at our first meeting? We live in a very small town and my thought is that those who are enduring difficult times may not want to share. If I share a post or 2 from this site that talk about how it has been... they may feel understood and know it is a safe place... but not have to share if they don't want. What say you?

Oh poo, I have tried to post a different photo but it isn't showing... not sure why. I can see it on my profile but not on the forum.

You know, I think that has something to do with it. I have done a pile of reading about GMOs in the last day and, wow, what a can of worms that is. I hadn't really known what it was all about before now. I am going to be watching for soy now.. and some other things too. (Note - ma new chinny photo... )

That's not a bunny... it's a chincilla.. but sometimes I call him a 'cute bunny'. They are sweet like bunnies.
Yes, the moderator told me too.. so something caused me to react to Tums.. but I don't know what.
