  1. What does wonders for me is magnesium glycinate (600 mg/day, mostly at bedtime), lots of vitamin C and lots of water. When I'm really desperate, I take Epsom salts (2 tablespoons) in a glass of hot water on an empty stomach: tastes very bitter but it works!
