How old are your kids? I cook for seven too (when I cook, that is). I usually figure 2 lbs of meat, at least a dozen eggs and a loaf a bread for toast (of course that was before going gluten free). Yes constipation is definitely a symptom. My symptoms were constipation, gas and bloating. Oh and excruciating stomach aches every so often. My blood tests recently came back positive for Celiac. I just had a biopsy (to confirm and check the extent of damage) on Tuesday but the results are back yet.

I'm not sure how long you've been gluten free, but if you think you need an endoscopy you may want to start eating gluten right away. I also recommend that you ask for the doctor's office send you a copy of the results of any test you have had done or have done in the future. It always helps to have a copy for your records and to research the results....
