  1. i have to wait for my laundry to finish before i fix my dinner about twenty minutes but still... when you're hungery....
  2. OH i wish i could eat bacon without it biting me I think i'll have some pasta tonight..... its been a while
  3. i heard that 2% is better for ya because your body digests it better than nonfat. Don't know if its true or not. I drink 2%. at any rate, leftovers for me.
  4. using your sister as a test subject. There is a risk of selmenela (sp fail) with raw eggs regardless of how its raised....or so i've heard.. When i was younger, however, i would eat raw cake batter, pancake batter, muffin mix, etc.... i shouldn't talk... i really shouldn't.... I've just recently broke the habit though............ ummm yes.... ...

  6. I'm burnt out from sweet potato... at any rate, i'm having my usual soup of carrot, cabbage, and beef. At least its healthy for me right?

  11. wanting more beef stew this time i think i might slow cook it to see if the meat will come out more tender, add some cabbage and carrots and you got a good meal. I'm also, if i feel up to it, cook an acorn squash to go with.

  14. Oh that sounds good. Still havent fixed dinner... the meat has yet to fully de-frost.

  17. It would have a more carmalization effect. Heck i've been known to sprinkle a little over steamed carrots. Speaking of brown sugar, i've got some apples that need to be eaten up. Probably going to cut them thinly and cook them up
  18. It surpised me though, even though it was rich as heck, i didn't get indigestion. -runs off to find a piece of wood to knock on-
  19. It was good though, i just might need to tweek it a bit more
  20. Since my alfredo plan was scrapped, i made a butter sauce to put over the pasta (butter + water then season and add parm cheese). Oh dear god, thats rich TT_TT I hope this doesn't come back to bite me. I did have a nice pile of broccoli with it though.
  21. going to try my hand at making some homemade alfredo sauce tonight, putting it over pasta and having broccoli on the side.
  22. Well, dinner failed.... majorly. My own fault really. No, I ain't going into the details, but least to say 4 chicken pieces were ruined and i feel bad about it. -sigh- At any rate, I had a bowl of cereal for dinner.
