  2. I had cereal, was not up for cooking tonight.
  3. The last of my mac and cheese and broccoli.
  4. Oh how i miss having wood burnings stoves, don't miss getting the wood and hauling it in though. Left over mac and cheese with broccoli... sooooo goooooooood.
  5. mac and cheese seems to be popular XD At any rate, i need to get a crock pot... -sigh- And i might have to replace to of my cooking pots... Lets just say, i had put them in the dishwasher before, added some boosting agent that i had not used before without reading the lable, and yeah now i have two pots (plus a lid) without any enamel on them ...
  6. Mac and cheese and broccoli :3 My stomach is finally back to normal (aka not trying to kill me rofl), so i wanted something comforting. I had made beef soup last night, added too much cornstarch. It was edible but O.o weird....
  7. Nothing, however i am eating leftover hamburger and apples. Tommorow is a soup day. I might make beef soup again.
  8. No idea, maybe something with hamburger? Or maybe just cooking up another acorn squash.... or something.
  9. Colorado, i have no doubt by next week we'll be back up in high temps again.
  10. I'll trade you, we got to the 80s today with sun. THough this weekend we drop to like 39 with snowish and then bounce back up.
  11. Leftovers that i accendently left out for two hours last night (ooooops). Gonna cook the heck out of them. It shall be soup and rice. Mom and grandma agree that it'd be okay (only would be a problem that long is if it was a dairy product).
  12. OH i know that all too well. Its all in your head here are some psyhc meds... >.> or You just have the flu, stop being such a baby.
  13. I love acorn squash, put a bit of brown sugar on it or even mince up an apple to add to it and yum :3
  14. pork and apples go really well together. I love pan searing a piece of pork, then cooking the apples up with brown sugar. Squash would be good with it too. Making something with chicken tonight, probably another soup, probably will put carrots in it. Then cook up (perhaps see how i feel) another acorn squash. Most likely will have rice with it as well...
  15. I baked an acorn squash and had it for dinner (turned out to be about a cup to a cup and a half due to part of it drying out ). I figured it would be good on a not so good digestive system at the moment. Put a little bit of olive oil (avoiding dairy till i'm better) and brown sugar. Yum..
  16. I've never heard of that. Gluten, however, has been known to make things worse.
  17. oh ouch :/ I've never had one -knocks on wood hard- Any way, my no onion version came out well. I didn't add it because my hand started burning when i was peeling it (?!?!?!). It may have been because i had to handwash some pans and whatnot with bleach and soap before (like 10 or so minutes). But yeah, my cautious side said no, and i placed it in a bag...
  18. I miss the gas stove we used to have. I never burnt anything on it >.> bahumbug electric stoves Anyway, ground serlion, cabbage, and carrots made into a soupish thing. Perhaps with some of my left over rice.
  19. changed my mind again, plain jane rice with a tidbit of salt. Stomach decided it didn't want what i had planned.
  20. changed my mind as i forgot to let the meat defrost, its gonna be spinage fettachini alfredo.
  21. may do my hamburger, cabbage, onion mix over rice.
  22. You can keep your bug I just got over a stomach virus not to long ago and i have no desire for a repeat. Yay for protien.
  23. plain rice with maybe a little salt. Gerd is acting up bad and i don't wanna take tums.... (gets really old after a while).
  24. So not my weekend for cooking, i somehow ruined all but one pancake.... Me thinks it might be the stove and the fact that i'm not used to it, as i've only been here for a little over a month. -depressed-
