  1. I have family that does that too. I have used the complicated medical jargon that makes them think I totally know what I'm doing. lol "This substance is derived from wheat and will cause me to have theses symptoms of indegestion and take weeks for healing..." But they forget things because they don't have it. Well, most don't.
  2. I don't know where you live but there is a gluten free small cafe/restaraunt in Phoenix Arizona. It's small, like country dinning small but they make cakes, donuts, cookies, breads, salads, and various meat dishes.

  5. I've had issues since I can remember. In kindergarten I remember thinking all the other kids hated me, that there was something seriously different about me, something wrong. These thoughts were most likely from my negative family, seemed to be passed down. I believed those negative things and it hurt. Then they sent me to chiropractors at age five for scoliosis...
  6. I haven't written a blog in years. Well I guess this should be about gluten-free eating and the trials I went through to get where I'm at. Probably future goals and stuff too.
